now i know that carlos jones is popular in cleveland, and that wade oval wednesday has gotten more popular over the years, but THIS one was HUGE!
i have been going to wade oval wednesdays for a number of years, as it is a GREAT little thing that happens in cleveland over the summer. for 10 straight weeks, they have a different style of band play from 6 – 9p.m. in the grass are that sits in between the art museum, history museum, botanical gardens, cleveland cinematheque, and historical society. they have bands that play vlues, reggae, jazz, salsa, motown, 80’s, you name it. it is a different one each week.
all i can say is that carlos & band had that place grooving at an AMAZING level…
